We can adopt effective management system to have control over the banking activities. Effective risk monitoring requires audit and internal controls, audit trails. The financial institutions should follow system which shows the confidential, privacy of data, incidence response, etc. |

In practice each in group affects the behaviour of other members and in turn it also affects the behaviour members dynamics and team building are based fundamentally on the relationships among people involved, it is both courteous and sensible to assure that members all are introduced to each other, and that they are offered opportunities to get know each other and to build relationships. |
