Nutrition, Food Service Management and Dietetics
About the Department
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Welcome to the newly established Department of Nutrition, Food Service Management, and Dietetics (NFSMD) in the year of 2026. In today’s rapidly evolving health landscape, the relationship between dietary choices, disease prevention, and corporate food safety has never been more critical. Our department bridges the gap between biological sciences, clinical medicine, and institutional hospitality management. Designed to meet global healthcare standards, our comprehensive curriculum empowers students with deep expertise in human nutrition, advanced biochemistry, and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). Alongside clinical sciences, students master the operational business of food—ranging from industrial quantity food production to strict HACCP food safety compliance. Backed by state-of-the-art nutritional laboratories, commercial training kitchens, and elite hospital tie-ups for clinical internships, the NFSMD department prepares graduates to step directly into high-demand careers as Registered Dietitians, Food Service Administrators, and Public Health Experts. Step into a career that transforms global wellness from the ground up.
