ABOUT
A Students Welfare Committee (SWC) is a Committee in an educational institution that works for the overall welfare, safety, development and well-being of students. It helps to create a supportive and positive environment where students can learn and develop academically, socially and personally.
OBJECTIVES
- To promote the overall welfare and well-being of students in academic, personal and social aspect, encourage student’s participation in academic, cultural events and student clubs.
- To provide academic support and guidance to students facing learning difficulties, promote mental health and emotional well being through counseling and supportive.
- To encourage extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events and student clubs, create safe and inclusive campus environment free from discrimination, harassment and ragging.
- To encourage social responsibility and participation in community service.
